1/ OUR ECONOMIC COMMITMENT
With the 3R program (available in France only), we have chosen to support our customers in a circular economy approach. As consumers, users of straps and therefore producers of waste, we had to take responsibility and provide a solution to reduce your waste, which is ultimately our own.
We offer our network of distributors partner access to simplify our exchanges, limiting calls and e-mails: less time wasted, all information gathered in one place.
We set up a tracking system for our shipments: follow your deliveries quickly and easily from your smartphone, wherever you are, without worrying about our opening hours.
We make it a priority to ensure that our machines are handled correctly by the carriers: we have an anti-spill system on our machine shipments, guaranteeing that your goods are handled correctly.
IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS, 61 TONS OF STRAP WASTE WERE COLLECTED, EQUIVALENT TO 18 TONS OF CO2.
2/ OUR ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
TO GO GREEN, WE GO BROWN. WHAT ABOUT YOU?
- As experts in load securing, we are constantly striving to reduce the environmental impact of our activity, and yours too, by offering you recyclable straps, a more environmentally-friendly alternative.
- In our warehouse, all our waste is sorted by type for recycling.
- All our printed communication materials are PEFC-certified, as they come from certified forests or are made from recycled paper.
- We’ve gone paperless: and so can you! All our documents are sent by e-mail (quotes, order forms, delivery notes, invoices, reminders, newsletters, etc.).
- All our employees are committed to a “paperless” approach, thanks not only to our dematerialization but also to the little habits we’ve acquired in our day-to-day work.
- We recycle our waste paper into cushioning material for our small parcels.
- We have limited the number of pick-ups and deliveries by our carriers to just one per day to reduce CO2 emissions.
- All our lighting – warehouse, offices and outside – has been replaced by LED systems (which consume less energy).
- We have created a “Maintenance & After-Sales Service” department to limit the number of strap tool replacements: repairing is recycling!
3/ OUR SOCIAL COMMITMENT
Because our employees are essential to the life of the company, we take great care to ensure their long-term integration, to support their ambitions within the company and to ensure their well-being at work.
An integration plan is put in place for each new arrival, so that they feel at home straight away. We give young students the chance to do internships or work-study placements with us. We hold regular interviews to ensure that our employees feel comfortable and that they have everything they need.
We encourage our employees to progress because we believe in internal growth: by developing their jobs and simplifying daily tasks, we make work more collective and eliminate repetitive tasks whenever possible.
Job-related training courses are offered to enable employees to update their skills for the benefit of the company as well as their personal culture. 90% of our staff are trained in first-aid techniques, and this training is automatically offered to new arrivals.
We are equipped with a defibrillator on our premises: the survival rate from cardiac arrest in France is 2 to 3%; it is 4 to 5 times higher in countries where public places are equipped with automated external defibrillators and the population is trained in life-saving techniques. We like to enjoy simple moments together: restaurants, collective breaks, fruit in the morning, gifts…
4/ OUR SOLIDARITY ACTIONS
Pink October! No, it’s not just a trendy new fall color. It’s much more than that! It’s the month when everything turns pink, when the craziest activities raise funds, and when we encourage everyone to get tested. Because, between you and me, prevention is the secret to life in pink.🌸
